Hideki Ohwada is one of the most interesting gag manga specialists in Japan. He jumped to fame with mah-jong political crazy story The Legend of Koizumi. Here, Ohwada draws ex Japanese prime minister Junichiro Koizumi as portrayed in his manga.
Note that normally he draws his manga entirely digitally, but this time he reverted back to pen (well, to fudepen) and paper to do this amazing drawing:
